Dress:  Western/country/or come as you are

Invitations:  (went a different way)

Tables:  (5) Salsa and Chips, Rye & pine arrangement, bandana, salt and pepper, utensil bundle, 8 chairs around

Get yer Gear Welcome Corner:  Welcome banner, table with cloth, black square on top, floral, corn stalk - AW behind table, bandanas to pick up here.

Camera Corral:  Lasso's, hat, boots, corn stalks, banner, backdrop, hitching post

The Watering Hole:   Soda fountain area, soda and flavorings, banner, cloth

Music Table: Classroom table, cloth, black square over, floral, mic, cord plugged into the stage and turned on, line dance music

Chow Down Partner:   (parents, please help here or Mom and Miss)  Kitchen:  Primary Presidency

• Hamburger Patties: purchase, Rowley's cook on grill
• Buns and toppings: CC and KC
• Green salad and dressing: BC, NC
• Pork and Beans - need to be warmed up (pot)  
• Soda Bar:  Soda: purchase, Flavors: me +
• Strawberry Kabobs:  RF,  AW
• Chips and Salsa (on each table x5) me
• Potato Salad: PL, RB
• Trail Dirt - layer of smashed up oreos in clear cup, ,chocolate ice cream or pudding, layer of smashed oreos, icing cactus on top

Gift for Dad:  Bolo tie, wrap in painted toilet paper roll tube or folded paper.  I left the tissue paper out to show it but it could be tucked

Each girl should bring:  1 tin can)

        one toilet paper cardboard roll

CENTERPRICES:

 (9) 5 eating table centerpieces:  Tin can with wheat and pine, etc., two for watering hole, one for welcome table and one for the music table.   A wood round would be nice underneath but we will cut out because of time and cost.

Thank you to the parents that spearheaded a section:. Photo area and Dirt dessert.  They went over and above to make things look great.  We also had parents that came and helped set up.  It took us just an hour to setup.
