✿  Hear Him:  Allyson's personal experience of listening to the Holy Ghost speak when I was 10 years old.  I will include it as a post as well for the girls that cannot attend.  "Don't Crochet on Sunday .... or you'll have to pick it out with you nose"

✿  Planning - bring your binders

• Plan the activities for the next few month (need binders and pencils)
• Come prepared to discuss which day and times work best for you for activities
• Assign girls in charge of each week
• Assign mother to help each week (two deep leadership is a requirement)
• Parents:  Please reserve Oct 19 w/ Fathers and Dec 7 w/ Moms 7 pm  These are our two big events in the next few months, and hopefully will be some of the best activities for the girls.

Planning Sheet

 I have planned the first few activities but then we will move into having the girls learn how to plan, and carry out activities.   I remember being in the youth programs when they moved from having the leaders plan to having the youth plan.  I remember how awesome it felt to be given the opportunity to plan activities and, in my case, the music for Young Women.  I realized then that it was important to learn how to lead and equally important to be given the chance and training to lead.  The girls will each be asked to co-plan at least one activity each year.  This is our suggested form.
