Dec 7  3:45 - 4:15 early for set up  Set up will be only partially done by the girls.  They will be done no matter what after half an hour.

Set up for the party tonight.  Remember to bring food assignments back with you at 6:30

  • Centerpieces   (Glass vase with Pretzels and a few flowers x5)

  • Thank you gifts for kitchen help in kitchen

  • Floral arrangements for stage

  • Buffet table in front of kitchen

Bring folder and pen or pencil to make notes.
Come prepared to share your schedule for planning future dates.

We changed to time to facilitate schedules of the girls better after our first meeting.

Mark scriptures for local missionaries, 1 book each.
Tables, pens, markers Bring: scripture markers if you have them.
May bring your own scriptures as well.

Outdoor activity, coats? Gloves? Everyone: Fill one can full of water, freeze overnight. Bring a hammer and a couple of different sizes of a couple of nails. May be brought to Sister Wood before hand. Suggestion: canned vegetable or soup size

Need: Wire, wire cutters, pliers, patterns, from Sister Wood


 ✿. TUESDAY, Oct 19 3:30 - 4:30 Church  (early to make desserts and have a space in between)
Set up for the party tonight.  Remember to bring food assignments back with you at 6:30

1.  Making Dirt with Sister Clegg:  kitchen .  Set up watering hole, banner, put out cups, flavorings, spoons for stirring as needed, soda's will be added later.












2.  Setting up tables, cloths. 5 round from entry classroom, 2 classroom rectangles 1=welcome, 1= watering hole.  1 round or another classroom = music on the east wall.  Microphone, cord, player, speaker.  

3.  Hang banners and stars:  Welcome on south west corner with table/tablecloth.  Water hole in front of stage.  Daughter-Daddy Hoe-Down on photoshoot or east wall above music table.  Stars around as needed

4.  Set up photo corner with Brother Losee: Block off corner with back of chalk board, hang cover, garbage bags down to protect floor then straw.  Hitching post. Boots, hat,  lasso, corn stalk

When finished with your project move in to help with #2's set up.  

  • Tables.  Chairs go last to avoid the uncomfortable reach
